Brad Jenkins is the Co-Founder and CEO of Seed Round Capital, an early-stage investment company. Brad is a serial entrepreneur turned startup advisor and investor, having founded over half a dozen companies over the last 25 years, and selling four of those. Two of his companies qualified for the Inc 5000 list multiple times. Prior to starting Seed Round Capital, Brad served on the board of CloudNine, a legal tech company that he and a partner co-founded and bootstrapped for fifteen years before partnering with a private equity firm to help finance a large eight figure acquisition and successful exit. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Brad worked at a fast-growing tech startup that went public, and he successfully paid his way through college operating a couple of small businesses. Brad has experience in both bootstrapping and raising outside growth capital and has personally invested in over 100 startups. Brad has experience in both investing with and raising money from angels, venture capital firms, family offices and private equity. Brad is an active member of the Aggie Angel Network. Brad serves as a mentor and advisor for several Texas area incubator and accelerator programs and served on the Houston board of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, a peer-to-peer global network exclusively for entrepreneurs of seven figure plus businesses. He is a graduate of Texas A&M class of ’92 and holds a BBA in Marketing with extensive coursework in computer science.
