Jesse Jones is the founder and lead attorney at Fourscore Business Law, a corporate law firm built to help entrepreneurs and business owners navigate the legal landscape from launch to exit. He brings deep experience working with early-stage technology companies, venture-backed startups, and business owners across a wide range of industries.
Jesse holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Eastern University and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Delaware.
Over the course of his practice, Jesse has advised on a wide array of transactions, including venture financings, acquisitions, exits, and partnerships. His clients have been acquired by publicly traded companies, PE groups, and strategic buyers, and have graduated from leading accelerator programs like Y Combinator, TechStars, and 500 Startups.
Originally from southern NJ and now based in Raleigh NC, Jesse lives with his wife and four kids and remains a passionate Philly sports fan.
